Copyright & DMCA Policy

Nevira Tech LLC ("GoViral") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on GoViral infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The URL or other specific location on GoViral where the allegedly infringing content is located
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

What Happens After We Receive a Notice
- We will promptly review the notice and, if valid, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- We will notify the user who posted the content about the takedown
- Repeat infringers may have their accounts permanently terminated
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was taken down in error or that you have the right to post the content, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- A description of the content that was removed and where it appeared on GoViral before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Wyoming, United States, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party and may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner files a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, GoViral maintains a policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We determine repeat infringement on a case-by-case basis.

Please be aware that filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. We recommend consulting with a legal professional before submitting a notice if you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright.
